Exhaust Flange Design System
BMW M50 / M42 · Mercedes M112 / M113 · GM LS3 · Opel C20 · Holset HX35 · IHI TD04 · Garrett MGT2256 · BorgWarner K03
A cross-platform library of intake and exhaust flanges, each engineered to the specific port geometry and stud pattern of its engine or turbo rather than one-off per job.
Rather than designing a flange from scratch every time a job needs one, this is a running design system: each flange is modeled in CAD against the specific port shape, bolt spacing, and gasket face of its engine or turbocharger — spanning the BMW M50 and M42, Mercedes M112 and M113, GM LS3, Opel C20, and turbo flanges for the Holset HX35, IHI TD04, Garrett MGT2256, and BorgWarner K03.
Depending on the flange's geometry, parts are produced either laser cut or lathed, whichever process holds the required bolt-pattern and sealing-face tolerance most efficiently for that shape.
Highlights
- Flanges engineered across nine distinct engine and turbo platforms
- Laser-cut or lathed depending on the part's geometry
- Repeatable design process, not one-off fabrication per job
