Brake Booster Delete with Bias Adjustment
BMW E36
A brake booster delete built around dual Girling-style master cylinders, with a remote lever for on-the-fly brake bias adjustment and a pedal ratio tuned for street-car pedal effort.
Deleting the booster is common on track-focused builds, but it usually costs pedal feel or requires the driver to relearn a much heavier pedal. This setup pairs dual Girling-style master cylinders in a welded, laser-cut bracket with a pedal ratio specifically tuned to keep pedal effort at a street-car level despite losing boosted assistance.
A remote lever lets the driver adjust front-to-rear brake bias on the fly, so bias can be tuned per session or per corner without stopping to turn a balance bar by hand.
