Adjustable Lower Radius Arm
BMW E82 / E90
The same scan-and-rebuild approach as the E39 arm, re-engineered for the shared E82/E90 front end using a Tesla tie-rod end in place of the Land Rover unit.
Every chassis has different mounting geometry, so this wasn't a direct port of the E39 design — the E82/E90 arm was built the same way, starting from a 3D scan of the factory arm rather than guessing dimensions from a parts catalog.
The adjustable end swaps in a Tesla tie-rod end in place of the E39 arm's Land Rover unit, still paired with an Opel adjustment bolt and spherical joint. That keeps the same independent camber and caster correction, sealed against road dust, sourced from parts that are cheap to replace instead of a specialty rod end.
Highlights
- Shared front-end geometry between E82 and E90 engineered once and reused
- Independent camber and caster adjustment via an OEM Tesla tie-rod end
- Opel adjustment bolt and spherical joint for low cost and easy sourcing
- Sealed against road dust for daily-driver durability, not just track use

Double-Wishbone Front Suspension Conversion
A ground-up double-wishbone front conversion built to run 300mm-wide slicks, engineered through full kinematic and tire-model simulation rather than trial and error.

Suspension & Chassis
Rear Pushrod Damper Conversion
A rear pushrod damper installation giving 150mm of wheel travel, so the suspension can absorb real-world bumps while still handling heavy downforce without bottoming out.

Adjustable Rear Coilover Top Mount
A rear top mount engineered to accept adjustable coilover dampers like HSD, built around a Motorsport Grande uniball in a machined aluminum housing.
